Chosoft.NET – Black Clover M, also known as “Black Clover Mobile: Rise of the Wizard King” in international regions and “The Opening of Fate” in Japan, is a turn-based gacha game developed by Vic Game Studios. The studio was founded in 2021 by Jae-Young Choi, who was the lead developer for Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross. Garena will be the global publisher for this game.
This game takes a lot of inspiration from Epic Seven, but puts its own twist on some systems and introduces quality-of-life improvements to make it more modern. The gameplay in Black Clover Mobile is divided into two modes: Overworld and Combat.
Overworld: In the overworld, you can wander around the map and visit various locations known from the manga and anime. You can also enter some locations and then the view changes to a third perspective – you can run around the location, find hidden chests, etc.Overworld: In the overworld, you can wander around the map and visit various locations known from the manga and anime. Combat: Turn-based combat, but what makes it stand out compared to most turn-based gacha games is the partner system. Each character has a skill that can be used with a partner and they will both attack the target at the same time – more interestingly, if you pair a character with their designated partner, they will use an upgraded version of the skill! In addition, the game uses a Special Point system and some character skills cannot be used if you don’t have enough points – so you can’t just spam your strongest skills every turn. All battles in this game are 4 vs 4, which means that you can create a team with 4 characters only. There are various game modes available in this game, such as Story, Normal Challenge, and Limited Challenge. You can download and play Black Clover Mobile for free on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store once it launches globally.
